Juliet Rose Hart

Rosie had the hearing in her right her re-tested today - and she passed. The appointment was made by the hospital before we were discharged. I guess the previous results were questionable.

We went to the neighbourhood Early Years Centre for the test. Seems like a really great place. Lots of toys and friendly staff. The nurse also gave us some info about speech and language developmental milestones.

Juliet was born naturally on February 22, 2007 at 3:24 pm at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario.

She weighed a very healthy 8 lb, 10 oz (3.93 kg).

What a cutie! This is Dad holding Juliet shortly after the birth (before the knitted hospital hat). The two blanket swaddle was impressive too.

Mom, Dad and Juliet stayed in this hospital room for 3 nights (much too long, but nurse Pat was very helpful). We’re really happy we managed to get a private room. It’s the only way Dad could stay overnight.
